These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods by private customers on clairewoman.com for delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Product Warranty and Liability
We offer a warranty on all products sold on our store. If you receive a defective product or one that does not conform to the contract, you have the right to request a refund, exchange, or repair in accordance with Danish consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, or other economic losses arising from the use of our products or services, except where prohibited by Danish law.
Acknowledgment of Receipt of Order and Order Confirmation
When you order one or more items from clairewoman.com, you will receive an order confirmation/receipt for your order at the email address you provided during the ordering process. We are not responsible for sold-out items, printing errors, or pricing errors. A binding purchase agreement will only be valid once you have received an order confirmation/receipt from us.
Delivery
All packages are shipped with GLS.
Delivery cost is €6.90, or free on orders over €120.
Orders are shipped within 3 - 6 business days* from the date of purchase. Once your order is shipped, your invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
*Extended delivery times from April 8 to April 30 2025. Thank you for your patience.
Customs and import duties may apply once the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on local customs policies. If a parcel is refused due to import duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, return costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
Returns
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive your items.
This means you can notify us within 14 days if you change your mind and wish to return one or more products.
If the 14-day period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Denmark's Constitution Day, Christmas, or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
For orders with multiple items shipped separately, the cancellation period starts upon receiving the last item or last batch.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us with a clear statement within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can use our returns form to cancel your purchase.
Return your package via your nearest post office. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend insuring the shipment, as you are liable for the package until it reaches us.
⚠ Note: We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery).

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, that the refund does not include the original shipping costs. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@claire.dk

Possible disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the data protection legislation currently in force. As a customer, you are entitled to an insight into our processing of personal data concerning you. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act. If you wish to do so, please contact support@claire.dk.
